Description:

One of the best ever. Did an intentional reduction of about 2.5 to 3 quarts of wort, and then added it back to the full 60 minute boil. Mmmmm....just plain delcious.

  • 8 lbs - Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 12.0 oz - Biscuit Malt (23.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 12.0 oz - Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Roasted Barley (400.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Fuggles [4.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Fuggles [4.5%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 0.50 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 1 pkgs - SafAle English Ale (DCL Yeast #S-04) (Yeast)
