  • 4.0 oz - White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) (Grain)
  • 4 lbs - Wheat Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Hallertauer Hersbrucker [3.2%] - Boil 20 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Hefeweizen IV Ale (White Labs #WLP380) (Yeast)
  • 8 lbs 12.0 oz - Honey (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Hallertauer Hersbrucker [3.2%] - Dry Hop 30 days (Hops)
