Description:

Excellent beer. Well balanced. Has a very distinct dry hop aroma and flavor. Clean finsh. Will only get better with age. My favorite beer made so far.

Ingredients:

  • 8.0 oz - Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2 lbs - Muntons Extra Light DME Unhopped (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 7 lbs - Pale Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Tettnang [4.5%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 0.5 oz - Amarillo Gold [8.5%] - Boil 2 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - German Ale/Kolsch (White Labs #WLP029) (Yeast)
  • 1.5 oz - Amarillo Gold [8.5%] - Dry Hop 21 days (Hops)
  • 1.5 oz - Tettnang [4.5%] - Dry Hop 21 days (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Dry Hop 21 days (Hops)
