Nice bitterness and mouthfeel. Right on stylewise. Could've used some time to clear. Possible lagering benefits as opposed to 4 weeks then keg/drink.

  • 21 lbs - Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.4 oz - Magnum [12.1%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Pearle [8.0%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Pearle [8.0%] - Boil 1 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - German Lager (White Labs #WLP830) (Yeast)
