Description:

Absolutely fabulous! Both the vanilla and the bourbon come through really well and the porter balances out the sweet. Next time might go with 1/2 cup of vanilla just to let the bourbon come more ot the front.

Ingredients:

  • 8.0 oz - Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 6 lbs - Dark Dry Extract (17.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Honey (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Northern Brewer [8.5%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 cup - Bourbon (Bottling 0 min) (Misc)
  • 0.75 cup - Vanilla (Bottling 0 min) (Misc)
