Tastes like a typical IPA...not over the top bitterness and surprisingly not much aroma from the Falconer's Flight. Could fit into a hoppy Pale Ale style too. I added 2oz of Summit to secondary for 5 days for aroma. Malto-dextrin added to the boil because I wanted a little extra mouth feel.Measured OG 1.074Measured FG 1.019Measured ABV 7.3%
