A very easy drinker. Verry mellow, lets the subtle flavours of the hops come through, a real crowd pleaser. Been trying to find a pale ale that I like and this is as close as I can get! Can try without dry hopping, if you prefer.

  • 2 lbs 3.3 oz - Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 5 lbs 8.2 oz - Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2 lbs 12.1 oz - Pale Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.7 oz - Perle [8.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.7 oz - Cascade [7.9%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 0.7 oz - Cascade [7.9%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 0.29 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 0.5 oz - Perle [7.9%] - Boil 0 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - California Ale V (White Labs #WLP051) (Yeast)
