Description:

Notable bitterness compared to Version One. Has a more fragrant nose most likely due to the Citra and Zythos addition since those are usually IPA hops and were added at flame out.

  • 8.0 oz - Victory Malt (25.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Horizon [8.0%] - First Wort (Hops)
  • 1.20 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 0.6 oz - Cascade [6.8%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
  • 0.6 oz - Centennial [11.6%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Citra [12.3%] - Boil 0 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Zythos [10.9%] - Boil 0 min (Hops)
