Description:

Drank first beer after 13 day conditioning. It is a bit "Gren" yet but a very clean refreshing beer. Fairly clear. Light gold color. Good balance of bittering.

  • 5 lbs - Pale Malt (6 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2 lbs - Corn, Flaked (1.3 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Rice, Flaked (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.7 oz - Cascade [8.9%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.3 oz - Cascade [8.9%] - Boil 50 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 1 pkgs - Cream Ale Yeast Blend (White Labs #WLP080) (Yeast)
  • 0.50 tsp - Yeast Nutrient (Primary 3 days) (Misc)
