Beautiful porter with rich body and flavor. Beautiful roasty and coffee notes. Add chiles for smokey flavor and slight amount of heat and flavor.

  • 8.0 oz - Carafoam (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.5 oz - Goldings, East Kent [5.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.8 oz - Fuggles [4.5%] - Boil 20 min (Hops)
  • 0.26 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
