Ingredients:

  • 20 lbs - Pilsener (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 9 lbs - Munich Malt (9.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.6 oz - Magnum [11.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 2.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 5 pkgs - SafLager West European Lager (DCL Yeast #S-23) (Yeast)
