Outstanding!!! Very close to the original. One of my best brews to date. Just enough apricot extract to have a nice aroma and a hint of fruit flavor. The blends nicely. The fruit is there but it does not stand out.

Ingredients:

  • 10 lbs 12.0 oz - Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 4.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.2 oz - Apollo [18.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 1.0 oz - Cascade [6.2%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tbsp - Yeast Nutrient (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 1.0 oz - Cascade [6.2%] - Boil 3 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - British Ale Yeast (Wyeast Labs #1098) (Yeast)
  • 1.25 oz - Apricot Extract (Bottling 3 days) (Misc)
