Should make it so that you get a little bit of smokey flavor coming through. Maybe bump up the rye a little bit. didn't get much rye flavor

  • 1 lbs - Midnight Wheat (Briess) (550.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Centennial [9.2%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Cascade [6.4%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Centennial [9.2%] - Boil 10 min (Hops)
