First taste on 5/9 was very delicious. Not overly hopped, just right or even a bit low for an IPA. Roastiness was a bit strong though.

  • 12.0 oz - Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 6 lbs - Pale Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Cluster [7.6%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Ahtanum [5.2%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Chinook [11.8%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Columbus (Tomahawk) [13.9%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
