Description:

Great nose of plum and spice. Very distinctive Belgian fruit flavors but the hops give it a nice dryness. Slightly alcoholic background but not overpowering.

  • 4 lbs 0.8 oz - Caramunich Malt (56.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2 lbs 0.4 oz - Special B Malt (180.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs 15.2 oz - Candi Sugar, Clear (0.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 2.0 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 2.0 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
  • 2 pkgs - Trappist Ale (White Labs #WLP500) (Yeast)
