This really had a similar yeast profile to "Raging Bitch", but with a porter. One of my finer efforts, and it was well enjoyed at a party with some dear friends.

Ingredients:

• 16 lbs 8.0 oz - Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
• 1 lbs 8.0 oz - Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) (Grain)
• 1 lbs 4.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM) (Grain)
• 1 lbs - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
• 4.0 oz - Aromatic Malt (26.0 SRM) (Grain)
• 0.5 oz - Nugget [12.2%] - First Wort (Hops)
• 0.8 oz - Nugget [12.2%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
• 0.55 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
• 1.8 oz - Fuggle [5.1%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
• 1.0 oz - Goldings, East Kent [5.0%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
• 4 pkgs - SafBrew Specialty Ale (DCL/Fermentis #T-58) (Yeast)
