Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs 11.4 oz - Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs 14.6 oz - Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM) (Grain)
  • 15.0 oz - Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.4 oz - Magnum [13.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 2 pkgs - Belgian Witbier (Wyeast Labs #3944) (Yeast)

Great Cherry flavor without being overly sweet or tart. Brilliant mouth feel and a crisp clean finish. This is one of my new favorites.
