  • 1-1/2 oz. Cascades or Hallertauer hops (60 minute boil)
  • 1/2 oz. Cascades or Hallertauer hops (15 minute finish)
  • 1 pkg. Wyeast 3068 Wheinstephen Wheat Yeast
  • Irish Moss (clarifying)
  • honey or DME (priming)
