  • 2 lbs - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Wheat, Flaked (1.6 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.5 oz - Saaz [5.8%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 2.0 oz - Goldings, B.C. [4.9%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 3 lbs - Sugar, Table (Sucrose) [Boil for 30 min] (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.25 oz - Coriander Seed (Boil 20 min) (Misc)
  • 1.0 oz - Saaz [5.8%] - Boil 1 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Belgian Ardennes (Wyeast Labs #3522) (Yeast)

Also added Caraway seed and a small amount of cumin at 20 minutes. I did 5 gallons in the Ardennes and 5 in ABBY 1. After the primary the ardennes went to 1.018 and the Abby to 1.020. The spice blend is incredible!
