Beer Style: Munich Dunkel (4B)
Recipe Type: all-grain
Yield: 5 US gallons

Munich Dunkel
Beer Color

Description:

Judges complained of astringency due to my hard ass local water. My hoppy beers have covered this up in the past, but it really came out in this once I was looking for it. Use soft water next time.

  • 2.1 oz - Carafa III (525.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Tradition [6.0%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
