The beer came out great, it has a citrus floral aroma and nice hop taste with a light body. I will definitely brew this again. I recommend using the Thames Valley Ale yeast Wyeast Labs 1275 it fermented rapidly and added a fruiter flavor profile than the California ale yeasts used in many IPAs. I would use a secondary or cold condition it for better clarity. This beer received a Silver medal at the First Coast Cup 2012 competition by CASK in Jacksonville FL.
