This was my first all grain recipe using my new cooler mash tun. I should not have needed to top off the fermentor to get 5 gallons. I have done other 5 gallon all grain batches with no issues doing a full boil. The taste rating of 40 is my own rating. This will most likely become my go to recipe for trying out different hop varieties.
