  • 7 lbs 8.0 oz - Pale Ale Malt 2-Row (Briess) (3.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Carapils (Briess) (1.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 4.0 oz - Barley, Flaked (1.7 SRM) (Grain)
  • 4.0 oz - Corn, Flaked (1.3 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.5 oz - Cluster [6.8%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 0.2 oz - Cluster [6.8%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 0.25 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 1 pkgs - American Ale (Wyeast Labs #1056) (Yeast)

Great recipe for summer. The only changes I made was I did .5 oz hop addition at 15 minutes and I used White Labs Cream Ale blend for the yeast.
