Description:

A tropical, citrus America IPA. Medium difficulty. Pacific Jade adds strong orange flavor, approaching that of the peel. Amarillo as steeping hop (even better, with hop-back) is a perfect complement to Pacific Jade. Sorachi Ace adds lemon and slight buttery character in background. English 2 row and WLP007 provide canvas, on top of which wheat aids in body/head retention, with rye and vienna contributing additional complexity. For fans of a more bitter example, try adding 1/2 oz of centennial at 60 minutes remaining in boil.
