At Kegging. Excellent malt taste with upfront bitterness. finishes with a floral smell and taste. Cascade and Centennial did the job.

  • 8.0 oz - Amber Malt (22.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Cascade [3.2%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Warrior [16.7%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Warrior [16.7%] - Boil 20 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Centennial [8.1%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Magnum [14.7%] - Boil 15 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - California Ale (White Labs #WLP001) (Yeast)
