i give it a 5 rating simply bc u have the steps added reminding when to drop in chiller and spoon..... simple is best on this style best yeast choice i think but bavarian wheat is also nice gives nice apple and plum notes nstead of banana

Gaining appreciation for simpler recipes. Fermed around 62-64 and clove/banana was great.
