This was a great recipe I added an extra pound of 2 row to mine and when I bottle it I added some apple flavoring to the last two gallons because the ole lady like the apple ale and I have got to tell you that the apple turned out excellent I was surprised and actually enjoy the apple myself!!! I've never drank an apple beer that I have enjoyed so if anyone is looking this beer makes a great base for it I'm going to try to brew this with a saison yeast next I'll let y'all know how it comes out in case anyone is interested once again and near perfect brew!!!
