Description:

Tasted kinda like a red ale, but it doesn't have roasted barley. Oatmeal was an experiment that didn't really add much to the smoothness...keep it in stouts.

Ingredients:

  • 8.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 3 lbs - Amber Dry Extract (12.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 3 lbs - Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Cluster [7.0%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Williamette [4.8%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
  • 0.25 lbs - Oats (Boil 0 min) (Misc)
  • 1 pkgs - Edme Ale Yeast (Edme #-) (Yeast)
