Description:

Just average really...I don't think porter is made for putting on nitrogen. Kind of takes away from what it has to offer in terms of taste. Nitrogen smooths a stout, but negates a porter.

Ingredients:

  • 8.0 oz - Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 6 lbs - Dark Dry Extract (17.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Fuggles [4.5%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 1 lbs - Honey (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
