Alittle weaker than previous years...could really tell the lack of honey. Not bad, but I wouldn't make it again without the honey.

  • 6 lbs - Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Oregon Perle [7.2%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 4.00 tbsp - Cinnamon (Powdered) (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 4.00 - Oranges (Peel/Juice) (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 4.00 tbsp - Vanilla (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 0.25 tsp - Allspice (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 0.25 tsp - Cloves (Ground) (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
