Not bad in the end, but the beginning was just so-so. The BDU Crew liked it, but I thought it was too malty/heavy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 90L (90.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 6 lbs - Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 3.0 oz - Northern Brewer [7.1%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 1 pkgs - Safale 04 (Safale #) (Yeast)
  • 1 lbs - Honey (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
