Tastes good, but a bit on the "plain" side...maybe more hops next time? I thought maybe oatmeal stout wasn't for the nitro keg, but it's gotten better.

Ingredients:

  • 8.0 oz - Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 6 lbs - Dark Dry Extract (17.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Santiam [6.8%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 1.00 lbs - Oats (Boil 0 min) (Misc)
  • 1 pkgs - Dry Ale, #33 (Safale #) (Yeast)
