Named "after" the first few tastings...not great, but not bad. Pretty high ABV for a Porter though.

  • 1 lbs - Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8 lbs - Dark Dry Extract (17.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Fuggles [4.3%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 4.00 oz - Malto-Dextrine (Boil 5 min) (Misc)
  • 2 pkgs - Dry Ale Yeast (Nottingham #) (Yeast)
