Good stout, even though the alcohol comes thru more than I'd like. Should have more roast barley for my liking.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lbs - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8.0 oz - Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 7 lbs - Dark Dry Extract (17.5 SRM) (Grain)

  • 1.0 oz - Centennial [10.3%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Fuggles [4.3%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 3.00 cup - Oats (Boil 0 min) (Misc)
  • 1 pkgs - Dry Ale Yeast (Whitbread #) (Yeast)
