Mini-kegged this batch for the Chili Cook-off. It all went! Very smooth and no notice of alcohol even thought the ABV is high. Head was lasting and very white. Good stuff.

  • 3 lbs - Amber Dry Extract (12.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 3 lbs - Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.5 oz - Centennial [10.3%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 lbs - Honey (Boil 45 min) (Misc)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 1.0 oz - Centennial [10.3%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Pilsen Lager (Wyeast Labs #2007) (Yeast)
