Description:

Has turned out very nice...it'd been a while since I made a good IPA and this one was all it should be. Good solid head, lasting hops. Even Madge drank quite a bit!

Ingredients:

  • 8.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 6 lbs - Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.3%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 1 pkgs - Safale 04 (Safale #) (Yeast)
  • 2 lbs - Honey (1.0 SRM) (Grain)
