Description:

One of the best porters I've made. White, white head, smooth, no bite. Really a nice beer and got lots of good comments at the playgroup picnic.

Ingredients:

  • 8.0 oz - Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 4.0 oz - Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 6 lbs - Dark Dry Extract (17.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Amarillo Gold [7.1%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Safale 04 (Safale #) (Yeast)
