Sweet and malty after a month. Hoppy, warm finish after 2 months. Had some put away to try every year...after 3 years it tasted more like a really good Port wine than a beer.

  • 9 lbs 14.4 oz - Amber Liquid Extract (12.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1 lbs - Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 4.0 oz - Eroica [10.2%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Gypsum (Calcium Sulfate) (Boil 45 min) (Misc)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 1.0 oz - Cluster [7.0%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Edme Ale Yeast (Edme #-) (Yeast)
