Description:

Really hoppy to the point of sheer joy (used whole hops). Great beer in a pottery mug, for some reason! Last taste recorded was 6 months after brew and it was even better.

Ingredients:

  • 8.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 6 lbs - Amber Liquid Extract (12.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2 lbs - Extra Light Dry Extract (3.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Magnum [14.1%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 2 pkgs - Dry Ale Yeast (Nottingham #) (Yeast)
