Description:

Clear, head stays until the end, and is very smooth. Hops come through as expected (thankfully, or it'd be too sweet). Only bummer is the low alcohol...different yeast next time.

Ingredients:

  • 8.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 5 lbs - Amber Dry Extract (12.5 SRM) (Grain)
  • 3 lbs - Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 2.0 oz - Columbus (Tomahawk) [12.4%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 1.0 oz - Williamette [4.8%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Edme Ale Yeast (Edme #-) (Yeast)
