Beer Style: American Amber Ale (10B)
Recipe Type: extract
Yield: 5 US gallons

American Amber Ale
Beer Color

Description:

Unfortunately the beer was not as good as the reason it was named...ok, but too much malt to match the lighter hops. Maybe bad karma to associate anything with 9/11/2001.

  • 2.0 oz - Fuggles [4.3%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
  • 2 pkgs - Dry Ale Yeast (Nottingham #) (Yeast)
