Had a great time making this ale. The OG ended up at 1.083 as expected, the beer is smooth and has a very nice fragrance to it. This one beer I would make again!

Tried to scale this down to a 4 gallon batch.. OG ended up at 1.070..not quite the 1.083 that I expected..will comment when finished
