Kegged and cask-conditioned for a couple weeks before chilling. Tastes pretty good, will get better with age. A little on the thin side, due to low efficiency. A simple recipe, but I'd tweak it with a little more of the Special Roast or other toasted gra

  • 1.0 oz - Goldings, East Kent [5.1%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Goldings, East Kent [5.1%] - Boil 30 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Fuggles [4.4%] - Boil 20 min (Hops)
  • 1.00 - Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15 min) (Misc)
