One of the best hefes I have tasted, lots of great phenolics. Wienstefan yeast really helps.

Ingredients:

  • 12 lbs - Wheat Malt, France (1.8 SRM) (Grain)
  • 8 lbs - Pilsner (2 Row) France (1.8 SRM) (Grain)
  • 0.5 oz - Hallertauer Mittelfrueh [4.0%] - Mash Hop (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Hallertauer Mittelfrueh [4.0%] - Boil 90 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Hallertauer Mittelfrueh [4.0%] - Steep 0 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Wienstefan Hefe Yeast (Wienstefan #) (Yeast)
