  • 1.0 oz - Peat Smoked Malt (2.8 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.0 oz - Mt. Hood [4.2%] - Boil 60 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Chinook [11.9%] - Boil 5 min (Hops)
  • 1 pkgs - Southwold Ale (White Labs #WLP025) (Yeast)

After 3-4 weeks on bottles the overwhelming taste of the huge amounts of brown malt settled and left a heavy flavour without the sharp edge. It had tons of taste, and also made for an excellent additive in sauces.
