Description:

Took 2 weeks to get good enough that I was happy with it...tasted young before then. Good stuff now tho. Just hoppy enough for a good summer beer. Marc Hadley liked it too and said I should go into business making beer. :-)

Ingredients:

  • 8.0 oz - Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 6 lbs - Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) (Grain)
  • 1.5 oz - Glacier [6.0%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 1.0 oz - Cascade [5.5%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 0.5 oz - Columbus (Tomahawk) [12.5%] - Boil 45 min (Hops)
  • 0.25 tsp - Irish Moss (Boil 10 min) (Misc)
  • 1 pkgs - Nottingham ( #) (Yeast)
