Description:

Ingredients:

  • 12 0z Crystal 60L
  • 8 oz Cara-Pils 2L
  • 4 0z Pale Malt Marris Otter 3L
  • 4 0z Wheat Dry Extract 8L
  • 9 Lbs pale liquid extract 8L
  • 12 0z Sucrose
  • 1 Oz Magnum hops Boil 60min
  • 1 Oz Citra Boil 30min
  • 1 tablet Whirflox Boil 15min
  • 1 Oz Bravo Boil 10min
  • 0.5 Oz Bravo Boil 5 min
  • 0.75 Oz Citra at flame out
  • 1 Pkg US-05 Safale yeast
  • 4 Oz corn sugar at bottling time

Procedure:

3.7 Gals boil size
Steep grains at 155 degrees for 30minutes and remove.
Bring wort to boil
Flame out and add extracts and sugar.Return to boil
Hops as per time schedule
Cool and pitch yeast.Top off fermenter to 5 Gallons.
Ferment 21 days.
Bottle and age for 2-3 weeks
