Beer Style: American IPA

Super hoppy with hints of citrus. I can't know for sure that it tastes exactly like Two Hearted, but it tastes damn good and triggers memories of sipping Two Hearted pint's in the beer garden at Bell's in Kalamazoo Michigan.

Boil 60 minute ingredients and add other ingredients as noted. Add Sorghum, Honey, and Agave at flameout to avoid burning. Maltodextrin improves the head retention. Hops used were pellets.
I am trying this recipe again with leaf hops from a friend who grows hops in Michigan.
