Pale ale made with pearle and saaz hops


  • 7 lbs Sorghum Liquid Extract (prior to boil)
  • 1.5 lbs Table Sugar (prior to boil)
  • 0.75 oz Pearle Hops (60 min)
  • 0.25 oz Pearle Hops (30 min)
  • 1 oz Saaz Hops (15 min)
  • 1 pkg SafBrew Ale S-33

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: 7 days at 68 degrees
Secondary Ferment: 14 days at 68 degrees
