Pilsner style beer made with sorghum and finished with honey


  • 3.75 lbs Sorghum Liquid Extract (prior to boil)
  • 1 lbs Brown Rice Syrup (prior to boil)
  • 1 oz Hallertauer Hops (60 min)
  • 0.5 oz Cascade Hops (10 min)
  • 0.5 oz East Kent Goldings Hops (flameout)
  • 2 lbs Honey (flameout)
  • 2 pkgs SafLager West European Lager S-23

Additional Instructions

Primary Ferment: 14 days at 60 degrees

Bring waterto boil, and primary fermentable sugars, return to boil and achieve hot break.

Add hops and remaining fermentable sugars according to schedule.
